Imaginex does not collect, store, or retain any face data or biometric identifiers.

Uploaded images may contain faces, but they are processed only temporarily for the purpose of AI image generation and are immediately deleted after processing.

All uploaded images are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after processing.

Imaginex does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, or biometric profiling.

Face data is not shared with any third parties.

Imaginex uses third-party AI services only for processing user requests. These services do not store or retain any personal or face data.

Images uploaded by the user:

• Are used only for the operation requested by the user

• Are not permanently stored after the AI process is completed

We do not store or retain any face data.

Images are processed temporarily after the operation is completed.

Imaginex may utilize third-party AI services to provide visual production and editing services.

• Are used solely to perform the operation requested by the user
